JUST GETTING BIGGER.....

What? Didn't I tell you I could get out of this box? I mean, I got in...I can get out....right? I think I can get out....Okay, I may need your help......

My new name is Elizabeth Glenn, Cat Whisperer. I am telling George to sniff my finger and stand by the front door. And...it worked!!!

SCIENCE FAIR UPDATE!

The CCISD District Science Fair was last night. We were excited!

Parker was nervous. You can see by his expression as we waited while names were called.

Guess what? They called his name!!

Parker received and honorable mention for Mathematics.

Here's the breakdown:

24 Elementary Schools in CCISD, top 2 kids from each grade and division go to the district fair, 5 "place" medals are awarded, 3 honorable mentions.

We went to Sonic to celebrate - slushies and shakes.

THE SCIENCE FAIR!!

Parker was able to turn his passion for roller coasters into an award winning science fair project. Parker won first place in Mathematics for the 4th Grade at school and now travels on to the district fair.
This is a snapshot of the project itself.

Parker tested relevance of height drops of roller coaster cars and the obstacles to complete from those drops. We learned a lot. He had a lot of fun.

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY!

We know we need the rain...but we want to play outside!!!

Several days of rain have hindered all outside events for the past week (s). We're in hopes the weather will improve soon.
